BlindSight Journey
For those who are privileged to have it, the sense of sight is the most used for communication, receiving the stimuli that allow us to connect everyday with the world that surrounds us. However, our perception of reality is a rather complex ability, making us sometimes forget the usage of all the “receiver and transmitter antennas” we possess in our bodies and spirits, at the fast pace we move in our daily lives.
Therefore, I propose a meeting of people interested in letting themselves be guided through a one’s day journey, with their eyes closed, working on their sensitive perception through the body, the movement, and the ability of letting yourself be.
The expression “letting yourself be guided” speaks about the essence of this work as an individual and an intimate research. Each person has a different approach and reaction towards being with their eyes closed for an entire day, experiencing trough the body and the movement, their inner and outer world.
